James Margulies - President and Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Margulies has been a partner in the law firm of Margulies & Levinson LLP, located in Cleveland, Ohio, representing both private and public clients in areas including, but not limited to, general contract matters, public offerings, private placements, leveraged capitalizations, acquisitions and divestitures

Aaron M. Caplan –Secretary and Chief Operating Officer

Before joining Critical Solutions Inc., Mr. Caplan worked for The Home Depot (Cleveland) as a General Manager from 2004 to 2007.  His primary responsibility was to decrease expenses and drive revenue. Previous to that, Mr. Caplan managed Customer Service, Electronic Commerce, and some of the Operations for Charter One Bank.  Throughout Mr. Caplan’s career, he has been responsible for managing the operations of a particular organization, specifically focused on reducing expense, while protecting and growing revenues.

Patrick S. Gallagher - President of Critical Power Solutions International

Before joining Critical International, Mr. Gallagher was the Vice President of Sales for Clear Cube, Inc. of Austin, Texas from July 2003 to March 2004.  Additionally, Mr. Gallagher was the Director of Business Development for Hewlett Packard from September 2002 to February 2003, and for Compaq Computer Corp. from October 1998 to September 2002.  Hewlett Packard had acquired Compaq during Mr. Gallagher’s employment. In his position as Director of Business Development, Mr. Gallagher’s responsibilities included contracting, partnerships, bid and proposal development.  He was the lead negotiator for numerous multiyear contracts with both the U.S. Federal government and various state governments.

Michael G. Lee - Chief Technology Officer and Founder of Critical Power Solutions International (formerly known as Elevated Security, Inc.).

Mr. Lee founded Elevated Security, Inc. in January 2004 to answer the need of remote monitoring and communications for airports and borders.  Prior to joining Elevated Security, he spent over 20 years working with several of the largest government integrators. From May 1999 to December 2003, Mr. Lee was with Unisys Corp, of Blue Bell PA as the Director of the Global Physical Security Solutions Group, responsible for oversight and design of technology bases’ physical security systems.
