Critical Power Solutons International, formerly Elevated Security, was formed in April of 2004 with a mission – to provide a self-powered security sensor platform that could be rapidly and easily deployed and fill the “gaps” in physical security perimeters.  After several attempts using non-traditional power sources and various tower based platforms, the Company began delivering its first solar, wind and fuel cell powered portable tower systems in January of 2006.

In 2007, Elevated Security changed its name to Critical Power Solutions International and was later acquired by Critical Solutions, Inc. Critical Power Solutions International is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Critical Solutions.  Headquartered in Cleveland, Ohio, Critical Solutions’ primary business is to invest in, own, and manage a wide variety of businesses in the security and green energy (alternate power) business segments.  Critical Solutions is a holding company for Critical Power Solution International, located in Ashburn, Virginia.
